We've found that adopting one or more of these roles can help teams express a different point of view and create a broader range of innovative solutions."

- Cross-Pollinator - explores other industries and cultures
- Hurdler - overcomes/outsmarts roadblocks
- Collaborator - brings eclectic groups together
- Director - gathers a talented cast
- Experience Architect - designs compelling experiences
- Set Designer - creates the stage for innovation
- Caregiver - anticipates needs and is ready to meet them
- Storyteller - shares compelling narratives that communicate fundamental values or truths
